  • Conduct worker welfare audits, inspections and monitoring of contractors' compliance with NEOM's Worker Welfare Standards in relation to liability.
  • Write reports of all inspections and issue within 24 hours to the contractor's representatives.
  • Develop strong relationships with Accommodation managers and company worker welfare representatives.
  • Work closely with contractors' management teams to remediate issues within agreed timelines.
  • Provide training, coaching & support to contractors to ensure understanding and adherence to the standards.
  • Undertake crisis management and incident investigations at accommodation, making solid and timely decisions.
  • Promote a culture of wellbeing and high level of livability through awareness raising in communities.
